1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bajili platform available at bajili.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajili ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bajili platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with bajili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bajili platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a bajili employee or contractor.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion programme that covers online gambling platforms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered bajili account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for updating your account details if your circumstances change. bajili reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

bajili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. bajili may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• At the point of registration.
• Before processing any withdrawal request.
• When a player's cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds.
• When bajili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on an account.

Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and recent utility bills, bank statements, or mobile money transaction records for address and source-of-funds verification. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in a readable format.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal capability and may lead to account closure. bajili is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a delay in processing withdrawals pending KYC completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bajili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The current approved methods for Bangladesh-based players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay. bajili reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

All transactions on the bajili platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which bajili accepts no responsibility.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your account verification status and VIP tier and are communicated within your account dashboard.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts using mobile money methods. bajili reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bajili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the point the bonus is offered. The following general terms apply to all bajili bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed the standard registration process.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met within the stipulated period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and slots may carry different contribution percentages, as detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• bajili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or manipulation.

Promotional offers tied to specific sporting events (such as BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup tournaments) are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any point without prior notice if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the bajili platform — including live casino tables, slot games, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or, in the case of sportsbook markets, by bajili's sportsbook rules as displayed within the betting interface.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session or whilst a bet is in progress, bajili will make reasonable efforts to settle the outcome fairly based on the recorded game state at the time of the fault. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, bajili reserves the right to void the round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.

bajili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where:

• The odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• The event has been cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its originally scheduled format.
• There is evidence that the player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (insider information).
• The bet was placed using funds derived from bonus abuse or other prohibited activity.

Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the respective game or betting interface. bajili reserves the right to limit the stakes or payouts available to any individual player at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajili platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error are subject to forfeiture.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in coordination with, other players as part of a coordinated bonus abuse scheme.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC, including false identity documents.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used for betting.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

bajili employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and transaction patterns on a continuous basis. Players suspected of prohibited activity may have their accounts suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bajili is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and bajili actively promotes safe, controlled play. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bajili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of bajili or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajili platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use any bajili branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any bajili software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website or application.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your bajili account at the time the claim arises.

bajili shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bajili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bajili does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bajili's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. bajili will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. bajili accepts no responsibility for any financial losses sustained through the normal operation of its games or betting markets. Players are solely responsible for the decisions they make regarding their wagering activity.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at bajili.app/privacy-policy. By creating a bajili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

bajili will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or to fulfil bajili's contractual obligations to you.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the bajili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajili operates on an offshore licensed basis. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bajili platform, we strongly encourage you to contact bajili's customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. bajili will respond to all formal dispute notifications within 14 calendar days of receipt.
